Question 1

What kinds of businesses does Innopexa work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with small and medium-sized businesses, established companies modernising legacy systems, and startups building digital products. Projects range from a company website to a full business management system with automation and AI integration.

Question 2

Where is Innopexa based and who do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Innopexa serves businesses in Brunei Darussalam, India and internationally. Much of our work — software development, automation, cloud management and AI integration — is delivered remotely, and we are upfront about what can and cannot be done onsite.

Question 3

How does a project usually start?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a conversation. You tell us about the business problem or goal, we ask questions to understand how you operate, and then we come back with a clear proposal covering scope, approach, timeline and cost.

Question 4

Do you quote fixed prices or work on a time basis?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the project. Well-defined work can be quoted as a fixed scope; larger or evolving projects are usually planned in phases so you can approve each stage before it begins. Either way, you see the basis of the price before committing.

Question 5

Who owns the software you build?

Accepted Answer

You do. On completion, you receive the code, documentation and credentials for the systems we build for you — no lock-in to keep us around unnecessarily.

Question 6

Can you take over or improve an existing system another team built?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We begin with a technical review to understand the current system, its risks and what is realistic to improve, and we give you an honest assessment before proposing any work.

Question 7

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer maintenance and support agreements covering updates, monitoring, fixes and small improvements. We see launch as the start of the system's life, not the end of our involvement.

Question 8

How do you approach AI projects?

Accepted Answer

Practically and carefully. We first check whether AI genuinely solves the problem better than simpler options, then design it with data protection, human oversight and measurable expectations — we do not promise guaranteed accuracy or unrealistic productivity gains.
